Terms of Service
Last Updated: 17 January 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meow website and related services (the “Service”). The Service provides a non-custodial software interface that allows users to create and interact with tokens and pools on the Solana blockchain, including through third-party protocols such as Meteora.
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. The business is not yet registered; references to “Meow Protocol” describe the intended operating name once registration is completed. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Non-custodial service; wallets and transactions
The Service is non custodial. We do not hold your funds, custody your assets, or manage your private keys. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, seed phrase, and all transactions you approve. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover funds sent to the wrong address or executed through user error.
Trading may occur at any time depending on the relevant on chain mechanism and market conditions, including during bonding curve price discovery and after migration into liquidity pools. Execution, pricing, slippage, and availability depend on on-chain state and third-party infrastructure.
4. Risk disclosure; no advice
Crypto assets are highly risky and can lose value rapidly, including to zero. You may lose all funds you spend, swap, or deploy. The Service does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information, analytics, or displays provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice.
5. Fees
You may be charged fees to use certain features, including creation and trading related fees. Applicable fees will be shown in the Service or reflected in the relevant transaction before you approve it. You are also responsible for network fees and any third party protocol fees that apply.
6. Token creation and creator responsibilities
If you create, deploy, or promote a token through the Service, you are solely responsible for that token, its content, its representations, and any associated community, marketing, or distribution. You agree not to use the Service to create or promote tokens for fraud, deception, market manipulation, or any unlawful purpose.
You must not upload, publish, or link to content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or other rights. You are responsible for any claims that arise from your token name, imagery, descriptions, social links, or other materials you provide.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service, bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data in a manner that harms the Service, exploit vulnerabilities, deploy malware, or use the Service in connection with illegal activity. You also agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
8. Third-party services and protocols
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, protocols, or infrastructure, including wallet providers, RPC providers, indexing providers, and liquidity protocols such as Meteora. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their services, availability, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
9. Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including introducing new features, removing features, or adjusting fees. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or network congestion may affect the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error free, secure, or free from interruption.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, third party protocol failures, wallet issues, user error, market volatility, or fraudulent tokens created by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your creation, promotion, or trading of tokens through the Service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Notice. By using the Service, you acknowledge our privacy practices.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory legal requirements in your jurisdiction, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
